The court of the Ancius and the Celtic-Roman Antiacum are the precursors
of the wine village Ensch. In Ensch one is proud of preroman findings. Among
the rest, moreover belongs also a bronze dog which is accommodated today
in Trier in the Rhenish land museum.
The old tenth barn as well as the village
well and a mineral spring are worth seeing. And who wants to get more deeply
into the local events, that can appropriate the necessary grounding in a
wood and a wine teaching path.
